The high speed multi-character road course is designed to meet all appropriate safety and operational standards as would be required by any North American sanctioning body. It was designed by Alan Wilson, one of the world's leading track designers. World Superbikes made their return to the United States at Miller in 2008.

The level of paddock accommodations and service amenities are the best in the U.S. for this level of facility. The Miller Motorsports Park is designed to provide some of the best viewing opportunities of any track in the U.S. It has both close-up and full view visibility from the major spectator areas. There is stadium viewing from five primary spectator zones, or “oasis” areas, around the outside of the course. From these areas spectators have a close view of significant overtaking/action areas as well as 95% to 100% sight of the entire course.
